And a side of Hello-mi rolls, very nice, although I oven baked them, not deep fried as suggested.

Really nice they always give you a meat version & a veggie version, they sell them in Tesco too which is a bonus, but our Tesco has a limited choice.Oo I saw these on the telly - were they nice?
I had a crap Chinese - it was 6pm and I was starving and away from home. Meh.
Yes, I had a sad fishcake & peri chips for lunch at 2pm as it's my evening at work, so I'll be starving when I get home at 10.30pmI don't know what I'll do if/when youngest moves out. He's offski for tea with his Dad tonight, so I've had a lonely mug shot for one. I don't cook when he isn't here. Mainly sumat on toast, like Baked Beans. As lovely as they are, it gets boring after a while.
When I left his Dad, I lost over 3 stone in just a couple of months. I was just eating rubbish. Nice as it was, it weren't healthy.
Just need to change eating habits around the shifts.Yes, I had a sad fishcake & peri chips for lunch at 2pm as it's my evening at work, so I'll be starving when I get home at 10.30pm
