you would believe that there is 12 years gap between the Viper MKII (top model completed last month) and the X-Wing.
Currently working of the old girl her self, BS-75 - Battlestar Galactica.....taking a while but will be worth it in the end.
Few other projects in mind as well.

I used to paint miniatures, I had an orc rok band that took me 13 years to paint the 3 members. Used to really enjoy it, was very relaxing but not had time for that sort of thing for years

Since my youngest was born Iv developed a hobby for cleaning , well more of an obsession, but I really enjoy seeing the final result :-D . I especially like moving furniture around and Decluttering . Running out of stuff to get rid of now tho :-(. I Hoover at least 3 times a day

I have a similar issue - I bake a lot (can't eat eggs - if I want a cake, I have to make it!), but living on my own I also have to eat the results by myself most of the time...
